Terms And Conditions

Below you will find the terms and conditions under which Ace Skin Health Clinic offers services to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before booking a treatment or consultation. We reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions from time to time.

Appointments

  • All customers must be at least 18 years old to start treatment.
  • Ace Skin Health Clinic will make every effort to ensure that your appointment takes place on time. However, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will endeavour to contact you in advance. All treatments cancelled by Ace Skin Health Clinic will be re-booked as soon as possible.
  • All Ace Skin Health Clinic practitioners are trained and certified according to the company’s treatment protocol. Therefore, we cannot guarantee continued treatment with any particular practitioner.
  • Before your appointment, we will inform you of all the preparations required for your treatment. If you do not follow the instructions, this may result in your appointment being cancelled, the treatment time being shortened or additional costs being incurred.
  • Note: Make-up, deodorant, perfume and creams should not be applied to the areas to be treated on the day of treatment. Although the areas to be treated are cleaned by our practitioners, we cannot be held responsible for the above-mentioned products that may remain in the skin pores and cause an adverse reaction. For laser hair removal: The area to be treated must be shaved 24 hours prior to treatment. The hair must not be waxed or plucked for 4 weeks before the treatment.
  • A consultation form must be completed 48 hours before an appointment to ensure that you are suitable for the booked treatment.
  • Treatments to remove blemishes require a consultation and assessment at the clinic before you can proceed with treatment.

 

Deposits

  • To make an appointment with Ace Skin Health Clinic, either at the clinic or online, we require a fully redeemable deposit.
  • All deposits are fully redeemable towards the recommended products or treatments.
  • Deposits can be refunded if you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment; however, a £5 transaction fee will be deducted.
  • If you decide not to proceed with any of the recommended treatments or products, the deposit will be applied towards the consultation fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply, i.e. you will have to pay a £50.
  • If you do not attend your appointment and do not try to let us know, you may be charged a £50 fee or lose your treatment.
  • If you arrive late for your appointment, this may result in your treatment time being shortened, you losing your appointment or a fee being charged.

Pricing and payments

  • Pricing: Prices for treatments or courses of treatments may vary during promotional periods. Please check and confirm prices by phone or at the clinic.
  • Payments by card: We ask you to pay by card or contactless whenever possible. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
  • Payments: All treatments purchased as a course or package must be paid in full before the first treatment.
  • Payment by instalments for treatment plans is possible and can be discussed during your consultation.
  • Expiry: All treatments in a course must be used within 24 months of the date of purchase. Treatments that have not been used after 24 months will automatically expire and a new package must be purchased. Exceptions are made if medical reasons require disruptions of treatment.

Suitability for treatment

  • We will always check that the treatment is suitable for you before we carry out any treatment. Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable.
  • For certain treatments, skin types and conditions, you may be advised to prepare your skin prior to treatment. After a consultation, you can purchase or order the prep skin care products at the clinic.
  • Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who presents a risk without skin prep.
  • You (client) must read through the information provided and complete a medical history form before having any treatment carried out.
  • You (client) must read through the information provided and sign the relevant consent forms before any treatment. We cannot carry out any treatment without your written consent.
  • You (the client) are responsible for providing Ace Skin Health Clinic with all relevant information about your medical history and medication prior to any treatment. All existing clients will be asked to sign a declaration confirming that their medical history has not changed since the date of completion. Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to ask for the medical history form to be completed again at any time.

Patch test

  • A laser patch test must be performed by your practitioner 1 week before starting any laser treatments in the clinic.
  • Before you use a new product, you must do a patch test. A patch test involves applying a small amount of a product to the skin and leaving it there to see if a reaction occurs.(hives, itchy skin, a rash, facial swelling, irritation of the eyes, nose and mouth, wheezing, and anaphylaxis)

Refund Policy

  • Treatment courses are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the customer and Ace Skin Health Clinic will be calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already used. The difference is the amount to be refunded.
  • Products purchased at the clinic are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Liability Policy

  • Ace Skin Health Clinic shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including but not limited to loss of profit) or any other special, indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the provision of goods and/or services to the customer.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant medical information prior to any treatment. We will not be liable for any damages caused by the client’s failure to provide us with this information.
  • The client agrees to follow all instructions and/or recommendations given to him/her by or on behalf of Ace Skin Health Clinic practitioners in relation to the care of a treated area.

Drunk or under the influence of drug substances

Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients who display disruptive behaviour and are obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Gift Cards

  • Ace Skin Health Clinic gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for a treatment or treatment package. You will not receive change. The remaining balance will be left on the gift card and can be used for future purchases.
  • Ace Skin Health Clinic gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Ace Skin Health Clinic gift cards are currently valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The minimum amount that can be added to an Ace Skin Health Clinic Gift Card in a single transaction is £10.

Complains

  • Our aim is to provide a service that meets the needs of our customers and we strive to provide a high standard of care.
  • However, if you have a problem with any matter relating to your treatment at Ace Skin Health Clinic, you have the right to make a complaint in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance in making your complaint, we will be happy to help and support you throughout the process.
  • We are committed to an effective and fair complaints system.
  • A full complaint procedure is available upon request.

Ace Glow Pass Membership – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Ace Glow Pass Membership. These terms govern the membership agreement between Ace Skin Health Clinic Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “the clinic”) and the client (“you” or “the member”). By signing up for the Ace Glow Pass, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Membership Overview

The Ace Glow Pass is a monthly skin health membership designed to support long-term skin goals through consistent, personalised care and exclusive benefits. The membership is open to all clients aged 18 or over.

  1. Monthly Inclusions

For a monthly fee of £109, the Ace Glow Pass includes:

  • 1x Advanced Bespoke Facial or 1x Chemical Peel (to be redeemed during the membership month)
  • 1x Skin Booster with LED Therapy
  • 20% off all advanced treatments (e.g., microneedling, lasers, exosomes, polynucleotides, HIFU). Members pay only the difference if upgrading their monthly treatment
  • 10% off all skincare products
  • Priority booking
  • Ongoing expert skin support and treatment planning

  1. Payment and Billing
  • Memberships are billed via Direct Debit at £109 per month, charged on the 1st day of each calendar month.
  • The minimum commitment is three (3) consecutive months.
  • If you join mid-month, your first payment will be charged immediately, and pro-rated access may apply depending on appointment availability.

  1. Cancellations and Pauses
  • Cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing (via email or in person at the clinic).
  • Cancellation before the 3-month minimum term is not permitted unless due to extenuating circumstances, which must be reviewed and approved by the clinic.
  • Memberships may be paused for medical reasons or extended travel with prior approval. Pauses are granted in monthly increments only and may be paused for up to 2 months per year.

  1. Booking and Use of Treatments
  • All included treatments must be booked and used within the same month. Unused treatments do not roll over to the next month unless due to a clinic cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the clinic.
  • Treatments are non-transferable and must be used by the member only.
  • Appointments are subject to availability. Members are encouraged to book in advance to access preferred dates and times.

  1. Treatment Upgrades and Add-ons
  • Members may upgrade to advanced treatments at any time by paying the difference between the standard price -20% and the membership value.

  • Add-on treatments or services not covered by the membership can be added at 20% OFF regular rates.

  1. Product Discounts
  • Members receive 10% off all full-priced skincare products purchased directly from the clinic.
  • Product discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

  1. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of that month’s treatment without refund.

  1. Termination by the Clinic

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a membership if:

  • The member violates clinic policies or behaves in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.
  • Payment fails or is not resolved after two consecutive attempts.
  • In rare circumstances, we may discontinue the Ace Glow Pass programme; in such cases, affected members will be notified in writing and provided with prorated refunds if applicable.

  1. Amendments

Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to amend the membership structure, pricing, or terms with 30 days’ written notice. Members may choose to cancel following notice of changes, subject to standard cancellation terms.
